Here, we’ve rounded up some of the best summertime fairs and festivals happening across Macomb County in 2024. Some are perfect for younger kids, others are aimed at teens and some are great for the whole family, but all of them will offer tons of fun for the families that visit.
Tons O’ Trucks
June 15, 2024

- Cost: Free
Kids get up close to and climb behind the wheel of, some of their favorite trucks and big rigs. Plus, inflatables, face painting, train rides and seasonal crafts.
Bay-Rama Fishfly Festival
June 19-23, 2024
- Address: Downtown New Baltimore area
- Cost: Free, fees for some activities; preregister to enter competition
The short-lived water bugs drive the theme of this fest, which has a carnival, fireworks, parade, kids activities, cardboard boat race, corn hole tournament and more.
Blake’s Strawberry Festival
June 22, 2024
- Address: Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill, 17985 Armada Center Road, Armada
- Cost: Free admission
This new festival at Blake’s features sweet strawberry surprises in addition to the usual farm fun and menu offerings. Families can enjoy extended hours of u-pick strawberries, strawberry treats, strawberry-themed activities and fireworks.
Independence Day Celebration
June 28, 2024
- Address: Downtown Mount Clemens, 67 N. Walnut St., Mount Clemens
- Cost: Free
The celebration begins at 7:30 p.m. and the fireworks will begin at dusk.
Clinton Township Fireworks
July 10, 2024
- Address: 40700 Romeo Plank Road, Clinton Township
- Cost: Free
Families can enjoy inflatables, face painting, food vendors and live musical performances during the day and a fireworks show at dusk.
Blake’s Lavender Festival
July 12-14, 19-21, 2024

- Cost: $12/Friday ticket, $14/Saturday or Sunday ticket, free/ages 2 and under; free/parking
Shop from over 200 artisans, sip on lavender lemonade, enjoy lavender-themed treats, a children’s tent with lots of activities, DIY workshops, free train ride to the lavender field and more.
New Haven Red, Hot & Blue Festival

Enjoy food, fun and fireworks at this annual all ages event.
Sprint & Splash
July 13, 2024
- Address: Lake St. Clair Metropark, 31300 Metro Parkway, Harrison Township
- Cost: $50/5K walk/run and two-mile paddle, $60/individual duathlon, $120/duathlon relay
This 13th annual includes a 5K run/walk, duathlon and two-mile paddle race. It will also offer food and music. Advanced registration required.
Festa Italiana
July 19-21, 2024

- Cost: Free/admission, $10/parking
This cultural fest offers three days of Italian music, food and tons of family fun. The family fun zone will feature bounce houses, a zip line, rock climbing and more.

Visit this annual fair in River Bends Park to see some of the best work by Michigan’s artists and crafters. There will also be food, musical entertainment, a kid’s craft area and more.
Armada Fair

Assumption Greek Fest

Art on the Bay

Richmond Good Old Days Festival

Metro Boat Show
