Holidays breaks, the first day of school and professional development days vary school by school, so it’s a great idea to keep it handy. Here is the 2023-24 school calendar as approved by Milan Area Schools’s school board.

Important 2023-2024 school year dates

A few key dates you’ll want to bookmark:

  • First Day of School: Aug. 28, 2023
  • Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 22-24, 2023
  • Winter Break: Dec. 25, 2023 – Jan. 5, 2024
  • Mid-Winter Break: Feb. 16-19, 2024
  • Spring Break: Mar. 25, – Apr. 1, 2024
  • Last Day of School: Jun. 7, 2024
