According to a press release from Gooder Foods Inc., the company has recalled several lots of its Goodles mac and cheese products because they may contain undeclared allergens.
The recall, made in coordination with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, follows reports of allergic reactions.
What’s affected
- Vegan Is Believin’ – Plant Based White Cheddar with Spirals (5 lots, UPC 850031990074, best by dates July 7–11, 2026) may contain milk, the press release states.
- Here Comes Truffle – Creamy Truffle Flavored Cheddar and Shells (3 lots, UPC 850031990159, best by dates July 11–15, 2026) may contain cashew.
The recalled products were produced between April 7 and April 15, 2025, and distributed nationwide between April 29 and Aug. 5, 2025, according to the press release. Lot codes are printed on the outside of the box.
What families need to know
The press release notes that milk and cashews can cause severe or life-threatening allergic reactions. Gooder Foods reported six allergic reactions linked to the Truffle product and two linked to the Vegan Is Believin’ product.
What to do if you have these products
- Do not eat them.
- Return them to the store for a refund.
- Anyone experiencing an allergic reaction should contact a healthcare provider immediately, according to the press release.
