Veterans Day Open House

Join Staul’s Automotive Foundation for their 10th Annual Veterans Open House. With special programming including Stahls Motors & Music Experience collection and a demonstration from the Color Guard, honor the men and women who have served at this special gathering. Open House raises funds for Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs Inc.
Detroit Veterans Day Parade

Gather with Michigan residents to celebrate local veterans at the 20th Annual Detroit Veterans Day Parade. Featuring veterans groups, a Motorcycle Brigade, patriotic bands, the Coast Guard and many other organizations, this event is perfect for the whole family.
Salute to Service

- Address: Village Theater at Cherry Hill, 50400 Cherry Hill Road, Canton
- Cost: Free/donations accepted
Come out to Village Theater at Cherry Hill to pay tribute to area service men and women during its annual Salute to Service event. It will feature a special program that will take place on the theater’s Mainstage. The presenters include Anne Marie Graham-Hudak, Canton Township supervisor, veterans speakers and a special performance by the 338th Army Band.
Veterans Day Breakfast
Nov. 11, 2025
- Address: The War Memorial, 32 Lake Shore Drive, Grosse Pointe Farms
- Cost: Free for veterans, $20 per guest
Join local service members for a special morning filled with community. The annual Veterans Day Breakfast will include patriotic musical performances, breakfast, handmade cards from local students and a conversation led by keynote speaker Jim McCloughan. Upon registration, veterans are invited to bring one guest.
Veterans Day Celebration
Nov. 11, 2025
- Address: Costick Activities Center, 28600 W 11 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills
- Cost: Free for Farmington Hill veterans, $12 for non-veteran residents, and $15 for non-residents
Honor local veterans at Farmington Hills’ luncheon featuring an honor guard ceremony and recitation of names. Registration is open through Nov. 3.
Veterans Day at the Henry Ford

- Address: The Henry Ford, 20900 Oakwood Blvd., Dearborn
- Cost: Free
Learn about veterans who changed the course of history at “Museum Tour: Innovators Who Served.” With two hosted tours throughout the day, the museum will also be free to all military members and their families in observance of the holiday.
Veterans Day Ceremony

- Address: Resurrection Cemetery, 18201 Clinton River Road, Clinton Township
- Cost: Free
Come by the American Veterans Memorial at Resurrection Cemetery to recognize the sacrifices that our veterans and their family members have made.
Suit Yourself “Veterans Appreciation Brunch”

- Address: Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac, 3600 Centerpoint Parkway, Pontiac
- Cost: Free
Celebrate the men and women who have served at Veterans Life USA’s annual brunch. In addition to sharing a meal with fellow service members, there will be a professional suit fitting, clothing giveaway and local businesses sharing resources for veterans. Upon registration, veterans are invited to bring one guest.
