Springtime is here in metro Detroit and with the warm weather comes lots of fun outdoor activities to do with your kids, including seeing spring flowers at these flower fields, taking a family hike, or seeing a Detroit Tigers baseball game or baseball game at Jimmy John’s Field.
May also features some great Mother’s Day events and Memorial Day events for your family to celebrate along with some Mexican-owned restaurants to enjoy Cinco de Mayo on May 5.
One of my and my son’s favorite things about spring is seeing a baseball game. We’ve been to see the Detroit Tigers play at Ford Field and to see the United Shore Professional Baseball League (USPBL) teams play at Jimmy Johns Field. Kids can run the bases after every game at Jimmy John’s Field and on Sundays at Ford Field.
