Summer 2023 sure did fly right on by. Before you know it, the school bus will be coming to take your kids off to another exciting school year — if it hasn’t already.

This Labor Day, Macomb County is offering tons of family activities for you and your family to enjoy. Here, you’ll find a list of larger festivals and art fairs happening this Labor Day Weekend along with info on other events happening later this summer and into early fall.
Armada Fair
Aug. 14-20, 2023

This old-school fair offers everything from carnival rides and games to livestock displays, demolition derby, tractor pulls, rodeo, monster trucks and much more.
Assumption Greek Festival
Aug. 17-20, 2023
- Address: Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 21800 Marter Road, St. Clair Shores
- Cost: $3, free/ages 11 and under
Celebrate Greek culture through food, music and dancing at this annual festival. There are special activities for the kids, too!
Warren Birthday Bash 2023
Aug. 24-26, 2023
- Address: Warren City Square, 1 City Square, Warren
- Cost: Free/admission, fees/rides
Families can enjoy a carnival, food trucks, several Warren businesses, fireworks, live music and more at this annual.
Romeo Peach Festival
Aug. 31-Sept. 4, 2023

This annual fest is fun for the whole family. Catch carnival rides, craft shows, peach treats and more.
Dino Dayze
Sept. 1-4, 2023

- Cost: $17.95-$19.95/admission, free/ages 2 and under
Walk-thru and get up close with the dinosaurs at Blake’s. These Dinos have advanced animatronics and sound technology that bring them to life.
New Baltimore Art on the Bay

This annual art show features paintings, drawings, sculptures, candles and other crafts on display and for sale from over 70 hand-picked artists and craftsmen.
Richmond Good Old Days Festival

You’ll get the hometown fair experience at this fest, which features carnival games and rides, motor sports, parade, fireworks and more.
Metro Boat Show
Sept. 14-17, 2023
- Address: Lake St. Clair Metropark, 31300 Metro Parkway, Harrison Township
- Cost: $10/adults, free/kids 12 and under with an adult
Those who love spending time on the water will enjoy this annual event, which features lawn games, live music, crafts and activities for kids — plus tons of watercraft displays. Daisy from Below Deck will be there for a meet and greet.
New Baltimore Lions Classic Cruise In
Sept. 17, 2023

- Cost: Free admission
This annual Car Show “Cruise In Classic” hosted by the New Baltimore Lions Club features classic car displays, tractor displays, music, raffles and more. Come by car or boat.
Jammin’ at the Junction Car Show
